We have had an A+ rating with the BBB for many years. They recently contacted us to become accredited based on our history and excellent reviews that demonstrate our consistency over the last 25 years of business. This is important since the BBB will take action against movers with A+ ratings who don't honour moving contracts and Insurance claims. The BBB also protects a good company from false reviews because they will investigate any legitimate complaint with documentation from both parties. Making our rating even more impressive. Some web-sites like Home-Stars are not as credible as they appear because they allow company's to do their reviews if they pay fees to them, hence getting an inflated rating. We have no complaints with the BBB, however customers are welcome to submit a complaint if necessary. As you can see, this is not necessary with M and M Moving.

M & M Moving was the top mover for Royal LePage Canada in 2003. We outperformed over 20 other movers going back 3 years! The attached letter states "you have dedicated yourself to providing Royal LePage customers with high quality services at competitive prices. Home-Link Services Canada has identified your company as a leader in customer service... We wish to leverage existing relationships with credible supplier partners like you". Please note that the Home-Link/Royal LePage program has gone bankrupt and we have had no association with the Head Office of Royal LePage since October 2003.

Working with real estate companies is a huge reason for our great customer satisfaction rate and lowest claim rate in the industry. We now work directly with agents to avoid fees that Royal LePage was charging - this way we can offer lower rates to our customers.
